Active Adult Community Manager - Lead Team & Elevate Experience

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the daily operations of an Active Adult apartment community. You will oversee onsite staff, manage budget and NOI strategies, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations, and serve as the liaison between ownership, residents, and the onsite team.
