Outside Sales Rep - Cabinetry & Millwork
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Outside Sales Representative with experience in Cabinetry and Millwork to join a growing team and exciting new opportunity. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting a diverse range of cabinetry and millwork products while managing an assigned territory. This position will involve developing strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and customers through regular in-person visits, proactive outreach, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential

Manage sale from start to install, take field and final measurements, coordinate with contractors and trades as necessary

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities

Identify and develop prospects and establish new business

Presents estimates/proposals to new and existing customers and follows up to close sale

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share

Ensure exceptional customer service, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

Minimum 3-5+ years of Outside Sales or direct to contractor sales experience with Cabinetry and/or Millwork

Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts

Experienced in cabinetry design, field & final measurements

Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cabinetry software

Ability to recognize the client's needs and sell within the catalog of products

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
