About the Role
The Company is in search of an SVP, Business Development for the NYC Metro Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing new business development strategies in collaboration with the leadership team. This role involves a significant focus on business development, including the creation and management of a targeted client database, overseeing the inbound marketing team, and developing an outbound engagement strategy to secure new client opportunities. Building and nurturing customer relationships through various channels is also a key aspect of the position.
In addition to business development, the SVP will dedicate a portion of their time to client services, leading engagement, strategy, and account supervision with long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years' of experience in agency business development, with a proven track record of making strategic contributions to client growth through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing organic growth opportunities for clients, as well as the ability to manage and expand client relationships effectively.
