Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Program Manager for our client, a highly regarded non‑profit organization in Seattle, Washington . This is a wonderful full‑time, hybrid, direct‑hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr – $94,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Community Partnerships & Engagement

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community‑based, social service, and healthcare organizations serving older adults and their families

Identify community resources that support participant health and wellbeing

Coordinate and deliver informational activities, including one‑on‑one meetings and community events

Participate in community meetings and ensure timely, accurate information sharing with partners and contractors

Program Management, Compliance & Reporting

Oversee program operations, including staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development

Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements and allowable expenses

Maintain knowledge of grant policies, procedures, and coordinated service requirements

Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to funders and stakeholders

Support grant proposals, grant reporting, and other program documentation in collaboration with the development team

Partner with research and evaluation teams to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with policy teams to identify and support initiatives that improve health outcomes locally

Work with public affairs teams to develop mission‑aligned program materials

Clinical Collaboration & Wraparound Care

Partner with clinical staff and care coordination teams to ensure high‑quality case management

Support integrated, wraparound care for patients and program participants

Qualifications

4 years of management/supervising experience

Experience with change management

Demonstrated experience working with aging population/senior services

Compensation
This position offers a salary range of $90,000‑$94,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
