About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing for C-Suite and Strategic Customers. This executive will be tasked with defining and leading the U.S. strategy for executive engagement, strategic customer marketing, and enterprise influence. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with the company's most strategic customers, including Fortune 500 enterprises and executive decision-makers, to drive growth, increase customer lifetime value, and enhance market leadership. The role involves owning the strategy for engaging C-suite and senior business decision-makers, translating customer insights, market trends, and commercial priorities into differentiated engagement models, and developing scalable frameworks and executive programs that influence enterprise buying decisions.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in B2B marketing, strategic marketing, executive engagement, or commercial leadership, with a proven track record in building executive engagement or strategic account marketing programs for large organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise buying centers, C-suite priorities, and complex B2B sales environments, and be adept at translating strategy into clear, actionable programs. Experience in digital transformation, software, energy management, industrial technology, or infrastructure markets is highly valued. The role requires an excellent communicator with the ability to connect marketing strategy directly to commercial growth, and experience in leading executive customer communities or strategic account programs. The candidate should be able to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against tight timelines, while also having a strong background in working with senior corporate leadership and global matrix organizations.
