Associate Planner, Ad Sales

Responsibilities

The role supports the Ad Sales Planning team, assisting Media Planners with building plans, maintaining reports, and tracking plans to completion.
Review proposal requests with Account Executives and Ad Sales Planners to understand scope.
Approve and analyze order requests from agencies using the sales planning tool, ProposalPro.
Strategically utilize inventory to maximize revenue.
Review proposals and sales orders for rate accuracy and inventory availability.
Monitor inventory at channel and show levels and report findings to management.
Collaborate with Ad Sales Planners, Directors, and Sales management as needed.
Assist on ad‑hoc projects within the department.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
1+ year of experience in media advertising (radio and/or pricing & planning, sales analysis). Strong plus.
Initiative and follow‑through on projects.
Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong time‑management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task under shifting deadlines.
ProposalPro experience is a major plus.
Wide Orbit experience is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of MS‑Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Legal right to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary range of $61,500 to $65,000, with potential eligibility for discretionary short‑term and long‑term incentives. Additional benefits are based on company policy.
