Store Operations Experience Leader

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, supervise inbound freight, and ensure SOP adherence while driving safety and service excellence.
You will coach associates, participate in recruiting, training, and performance management, and partner with store leadership to maintain safety and operational standards on the sales floor.
