Growth Product Marketing Manager – Premium Subscription at LinkedIn.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area or NYC. Hybrid work model.
Role: Drive growth for LinkedIn Premium subscription portfolio across SMBs and Consumers by shaping acquisition and retention funnels, optimizing messaging, and leading growth experiments.
Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow the Premium subscription business through subscriber acquisition and retention.
Deeply understand target audience segments and their lifecycle experience.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and marketing teams to optimize upsell, sign up, onboarding flows.
Rigorously test and optimize copy, creative, and messaging across channels and product surfaces.
Build and maintain a backlog of hypothesis‑driven growth experiments across web and mobile.
Collaborate with data science and marketing analytics on targeting, segmentation, reporting, and analysis.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, consulting, or related field.
Track record of designing, executing, and iterating A/B tests, analyzing data, and communicating learnings to inform business strategy.
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging AI/LLM‑powered tools to improve member experience.
Growth mindset, curiosity, self‑awareness, and passion for continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail and project‑management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (product, design, data science).
Proactive in ambiguity, self‑starter who can manage through open‑ended situations in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for senior‑level management and stakeholders.

Pay range: $100,000 to $156,000. Compensation may include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive plans.
