Overview

New York Life’s Accelerated Path to Management Program helps you advance from a financial professional to a field manager with intensive training and hands‑on experience.
Responsibilities

Sell New York Life products and build client relationships.
Complete required performance and compliance milestones during the initial 12‑month period.
Participate in a six‑month Associate Partner training program focused on leadership, recruitment, and coaching.
Lead and manage a team of financial professionals once promoted to Field Manager.
Qualifications

Experience in sales or management in any industry, or independent business ownership, or possession of an MBA or equivalent degree.
Will hold required securities licenses and FINRA registrations, and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative.
Strong communication, customer‑service, and organizational skills.
Benefits & Compensation

Associate Partner base salary: $60,000–$150,000 (California $64,480, Washington $65,479).
Commission‑based income for financial professional level.
Bonuses and incentive compensation tied to team performance (R&D).
