Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Craftsmanship & Sensory Experience Engineer to support two concurrent responsibilities:
Executing the Craftsmanship design process, driving visual, tactile, and acoustic quality attributes
Owning the definition, cross-functional alignment, tracking, and change management of color and material (CMF) assumptions.
This role directly influences the customer's first impression and long-term satisfaction with the vehicle, translating subjective "look and feel" judgments into engineering specifications that can be designed, sourced, manufactured, and validated.
