Launch Potato is seeking a Performance Video Growth Leader to own and scale the Insurance video portfolio, starting with YouTube and expanding to other platforms. You will manage P&L, pacing, and reporting while building systems to enable rapid growth across multiple verticals.
Role requires hands-on execution, strategic oversight, and cross-functional leadership. Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 per year, with semi-monthly pay and remote-first culture in a fast-paced environment.
