Associate Director, Career Connections, Miami Herbert Business School

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director Career Connections Miami Herbert Business School to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non‑Profit space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission‑driven environment.

Location: Coral Gables, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design and manage global alumni career engagement programs

Lead the development of a structured alumni mentoring program

Partner with alumni and stakeholders to enhance career connections

Act as the liaison between students and alumni for career initiatives

Plan and deliver career workshops and networking events

Collaborate with Career Services to integrate alumni engagement into student programming

Analyze and report on alumni engagement data and program effectiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in career engagement or alumni relations

Knowledge of business and management principles

Ability to manage and evaluate department operations effectively

Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff
