What You Will Do

Communicate complex technical information to developers and end users in a clear and concise manner, avoiding jargon.
Lead the user experience, information architecture, navigation, and effort to reduce fragmentation and discoverability issues for d‑matrix content targeted to developers and end users.
Communicate with developers worldwide through conceptual documentation, detailed how‑to guides, code samples, and other online materials.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to document new features.
Manage complex documentation projects and prioritize requests while working closely with partner teams.
Demonstrate strong technical writing and leadership through content reviews, including proofreading, editing, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.
Organize existing documentation, identify documentation gaps, and lead new projects. Edit, clarify, and enhance documents written by engineers and others.
What You Will Bring

BA/BS degree in English, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of technical writing experience for a software‑engineer or AI/ML‑engineer audience.
Experience supporting software development for AI hardware (GPUs or AI accelerators) and developing technical documentation for an AI/ML developer audience.
Working knowledge of software engineering: Python, C/C++, IDEs, and version control with Git.
Proficiency with plaintext workflows: Markdown, text editors, and Linux command‑line.
Experience with Sphinx/ReadTheDocs and API generation tools such as Doxygen.
Experience with REST‑based technologies (HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML).
Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals.
Familiarity with developer ecosystem software including PyTorch, HuggingFace, VLLM, etc.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and with new technologies in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
