Multimodality Technician II

Job Description Summary
With a $15,000 Sign-on bonus! Performs CT and radiology studies of designated anatomical areas, obtains patient histories, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns. Shift is Monday-Thursday 20:00-12:30 with on-call rotation among CT staff.

Job Description
Performs diagnostic radiographs and advanced modality examinations. Utilizes resources to perform high quality examinations on entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics) for interpretation by a physician. May be required to work at other outreach locations.

Education
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Experience & Certification
At least 2 years of multi-modality experience. Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARRT Advanced Modality Registration, and licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA). Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. Fully competent in advanced modality skill sets and flexible to rotate.
