Motion Designer

Creating high-quality motion work, the full-time Motion Designer will design and animate brand campaigns, product storytelling, and web interactions while collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Design and animate motion work across brand campaigns, product storytelling, web interactions, and event content
Deliver web-ready animation in formats like Lottie and Rive, collaborating with web and design teams on implementation
Collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders to scope work, incorporate feedback, and hit deadlines across concurrent projects

Required qualifications

5-7 years of motion design experience with a strong reel showing range across brand, product, and web animation
Expert in After Effects, with experience delivering web animation via Lottie, Rive, or similar formats
Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, and timing
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
Familiarity with review and file management workflows (Frame.io or similar)
