We are looking for a skilled Playwright Engineer to design and implement automated test solutions for ServiceNow applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, reliable software through test automation, CI/CD practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into test scenarios
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and test suites
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation
Ensure test coverage and traceability for all features and configurations
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement of engineering practices
Provide support for UAT and production validation as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Proficiency in Playwright (JavaScript)
Experience with Cucumber BDD or similar frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong coaching and collaboration skills to drive high-quality engineering practices
