Job Overview

The Social Media Specialist supports the Marketing department at HonorHealth and is responsible for creating, managing, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging customers, driving lead generation, and providing actionable analytics.
Required Skills

Social media management experience.
Strong creative skills with ability to film, photograph, edit videos, and create social media content.
Graphic and multimedia design skills.
Understanding of basic healthcare marketing.
Writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with HonorHealth’s brand identity and business goals.
Lead the social content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing content/communications manager.
Create engaging content, including writing posts, designing graphics, and editing/producing videos.
Leverage news content and storytelling to highlight positive actions of team members and physicians.
Serve as a brand expert and provide guidance on content development for physicians, executives, staff, and stakeholders.
Manage daily social media inquiries, respond to messages, and resolve concerns promptly.
Use analytical tools to monitor performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and incorporate feedback into strategy.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media management, digital marketing, communications, media, journalism, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of social media management experience.
