Content Creator (Marketing) + Retail Store

Overview

Coma Inducer® is the world’s most plush, oversized bedding comforter brand. Based in Nashville, TN, we have expanded from our flagship online store to additional marketplaces and now operate a flagship retail location at 216 Third Ave N., downtown Nashville. We’re looking for a retail store lead and content creator to help grow brand awareness and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.
Responsibilities

Create engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that promotes our products and drives traffic.
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Manage daily retail operations, including customer service, product merchandising, and store presentation.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to plan and execute brand collaborations.
Provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to shoppers in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in video content creation (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Strong creative mindset and ability to turn ideas into action.
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience & Skills

Social media content strategy and analytics.
Video production and editing for short‑form platforms.
Retail operations and visual merchandising.
Influencer relationship management.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year for full‑time; hourly rate for part‑time (rate not disclosed).
Peak‑season bonuses, including a $2,000 trip bonus.
Health insurance coverage up to 75% for individuals.
401(k) plan with 3% match after one year.
Paid time off: 2 weeks in the first year and increasing annually.
Work Schedule

Full‑time: Friday – Saturday 10:15am – 6:45pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Part‑time: Friday – Saturday 10:15am – 6:45pm.
Location

216 Third Ave N., Nashville, TN 37201 (in‑person retail store).
Requirements

Must be located in the Nashville, TN area and willing to work on‑site.
Must be able to commute to the store on the days of work.
Full relocation to Nashville required before employment starts.
