Strategic Communications Manager, Preschool & Early Learning

Multnomah County seeks a Strategy and Communications Manager for the Preschool & Early Learning Division in the Department of County Human Services. You will develop and lead the long-term strategy, projections, communications, and evaluation for a highly visible preschool initiative.
The role centers equity in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, overseeing Evaluation and Communications teams, and ensuring alignment with Preschool for All goals.
