Position Summary Amazon’s Device, Digital, and Alexa Support (D2AS) team needs a content developer to create high‑profile customer‑facing content and internal guidance.

Responsibilities Develop troubleshooting guides, how‑tos, FAQs, release notes, and other documentation accessed by millions of customers globally
Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex, global projects
Drive content projects from planning through post‑launch analytics
Improve content quality, maintainability, and usability
Identify and implement strategies to increase team efficiency
Continuously analyze metrics to assess and improve customer experience
Qualifications 2+ years of program or project management experience
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
Experience in data mining
Background as a Content Developer or Technical Writer
Ability to think on your feet in a fast‑paced environment
About the Team Our content team supports millions of customers across Amazon products Kindle and Fire Tablets. We create scalable support content while maintaining Amazon’s standard of world‑class customer service. Using data and direct customer feedback, we continuously improve our content to meet evolving needs. We closely partner with program managers, localization experts, associate trainers, and other colleagues to translate technical specifications into intuitive customer‑facing content and collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, legal, PR, and product teams.

Compensation Base pay ranges from $47,500 to $107,200 per year depending on market location. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, or other forms.
