Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused
Social Content Creator
to develop engaging, platform-native social media content while supporting daily social media operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can bring social media strategies to life through compelling visual content.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience producing short‑form videos, photography, graphic design, and social‑first content, while confidently appearing on camera for brand content. In addition to content creation, this individual will coordinate campaigns, manage publishing schedules, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (80%)
Create engaging social‑first content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging channels.
Produce original videos and photography for organic social campaigns.
Design static graphics and edit short‑form videos using creative tools.
Write compelling captions and social copy aligned with brand voice.
Coordinate content production workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative partners to execute campaigns.
Monitor emerging social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Manage community engagement, including responding to direct messages and interacting with followers.
Appear on camera in videos and social content as a brand representative.
Social Media Operations (20%)
Support planning and execution of social media campaigns.
Maintain content calendars across multiple social platforms.
Track campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
Partner with the social team to improve engagement strategies using performance insights.
Stay current with platform updates and recommend tactical improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
2–3+ years of experience in social media content creation and social media management.
Proven experience creating content while appearing on camera.
Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Experience with videography, photography, graphic design, and video editing.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience using social media management platforms (Sprinklr preferred).
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Detail‑oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on content needs.
