Role Description
The Showroom Designer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Butler, WI. This role is responsible for welcoming and guiding customers through the showroom, helping them select tile and related materials that fit their aesthetic, functional, and budget needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include designing material layouts and concept boards, preparing visual presentations, and maintaining attractive, organized product displays. The Showroom Designer will collaborate with sales colleagues, respond to design inquiries, and provide product education to homeowners, designers, and contractors. The role also involves updating sample areas, tracking special orders, and supporting events or showroom promotions as needed.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in interior or showroom design, including space planning, color coordination, and tile selection.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen, ask clarifying questions, and translate ideas into design solutions.

Organizational skills for managing samples, maintaining displays, and tracking project details and orders.

Ability to work on‑site full time in Butler, WI and remain active on the showroom floor throughout the day.

Interest or experience in tile, flooring, or building materials; prior work in retail, design studios, or showrooms is beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in interior design, architecture, or related fields is a plus.

Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset when working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
