Overview

Sweetgreen is seeking a strong ideator and self‑starter to join our social team to grow our community around the future of food. The Social Media Manager will play an integral role in storytelling across our digital ecosystem, connecting sweetgreen not just to food, but to culture at large.
Core Job Duties & Responsibilities

Own the workflow timeline and calendar for evergreen content production across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Publish and/or schedule daily content.
Own and manage community management on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Co‑host brainstorms to creatively concept social ideas and bring them to life.
Copywrite across all of our social platforms.
Keep the pulse on new platforms, consumer insights, and cultural trends through social listening and trend reading.
Analyze social data and turn them into actionable next steps.
Identify and execute potential creator partnerships for evergreen social that further our brand mission.
Work cross‑functionally with the marketing team on creative projects as needed.
Understand social best practices that are incorporated across all content.
About You (Minimum Requirements)

4+ years experience in digital content creation.
Must be based in Los Angeles and able to commit to a hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA.
Ability to take consumer insights and turn them into a narrative.
Experience with social measurement tools (e.g. Dash Hudson, Sprout Social).
Energetic and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about all things culture, internet, pop culture, and emerging platforms.
Social‑first portfolio showcasing a range of creative thinking at a social and brand campaign level.
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
Executes at a high standard and knows when it’s important to test and learn and when it’s important to prioritize brand.
Influencer experience is a plus.

Salary range for this role: Starting salary range based on experience $105,000‑$115,000 USD
