Capital Contracting Services LLC & CertaPro Painters of Columbus have an immediate opening for an organized, experienced, and detail oriented Commercial Site Manager who will play a critical role in contributing to the success of our business.

The Commercial Site Manager will spend most of their time in the field inspecting and supervising crews at job sites in a non-office setting. It is important that our Commercial Site Supervisor be an energetic, team player committed to the execution of the daily and long-term production and service objectives of our company.

Monitoring and interacting with subcontractor crews

Diligent customer service follow-up & follow-through

Complete On Site Job Inspections

Conflict Resolution

Construction Planning and Management

Priority management

Problem solving

Requirements / Qualifications

College degree but not required.

Relevant job experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Trustworthy, Hardworking Team Player

Organized and detail oriented

Customer service champion

Goal oriented

Coachable

Ability to navigate laptop and software based platforms

Compensation & Benefits
$70-$85k plus bonus
