Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Part-Time

Downeast Clothing is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to handle online inquiries and support store associates. This role is ~10 hours per week, with Friday evenings and Saturdays, offering remote or hybrid work from Nibley, UT.
You’ll learn product lines, handle orders and returns, and coordinate with ecommerce and retail teams to streamline workflows, using Shopify, Teams, and Outlook. Prior ecommerce/retail experience is preferred.
