Position Description

The Customer Service/Graphic Designer works directly with clients to create designs from initial concept through final stages of development, ensuring accuracy and preparing them for print or manufacturing. The role combines strong customer service, creative and technical skills to format various images and illustrations into working production files for printing and fabrication. The designer has an eye for detail, ensuring our print and manufacturing designs meet high quality standards. The position reports to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects with stringent deadlines.
Communicate with customers through email, phone, and face‑to‑face.
Know our products inside and out so questions can be answered.
Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before products are sent to production.
Work with clients on designs based on requirements, modifications, and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Set up and manage production files for router, laser, print.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Understanding of PMS and CMYK color spaces.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Active listening skills.
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to sit, talk, and type for prolonged periods.

Full‑time position: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hourly rate: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour.
Location

Redmond, WA 98052. In‑person work. Relocation required before starting work.
