Opportunity

As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you will shape the digital experience of our marketing website, ensuring seamless interaction for prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user‑friendly experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements.
  • Implement responsive design principles to optimize performance across devices and screen sizes.
  • Write clean, efficient, and consistent code, ensuring cross‑browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
  • Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, focusing on minimizing page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
  • Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments.
  • Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and native integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of frontend web development experience, with strong proficiency in Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar).
  • Experience with responsive design techniques and cross‑browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive team‑orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or HR/people‑management software is a plus.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).

Compensation

Salary range: $110,000 to $160,000 base, plus bonus and VSOP. Additional compensation through bonuses and stock options may apply.
