Opportunity
As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you will shape the digital experience of our marketing website, ensuring seamless interaction for prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user‑friendly experience.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements.
- Implement responsive design principles to optimize performance across devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, efficient, and consistent code, ensuring cross‑browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, focusing on minimizing page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
- Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and native integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of frontend web development experience, with strong proficiency in Webflow.
- Strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar).
- Experience with responsive design techniques and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive team‑orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or HR/people‑management software is a plus.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).

Compensation
Salary range: $110,000 to $160,000 base, plus bonus and VSOP. Additional compensation through bonuses and stock options may apply.
