Boot Barn is seeking a Designer, Footwear (Women’s) to lead ideation, design, and execution of women’s boot styles across multiple brands. You will translate trend insights and brand strategy into consumer-driven products that meet financial goals and strengthen brand positioning in-store and online.
The role requires strong aesthetic vision, technical footwear knowledge, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Domestic and international travel is required.
