Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support our Belkorp portfolio. The position offers Sunday off and an additional flexible day off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). The role rotates among Hidden River, Hubbard's Crossing, Scout, Six Oaks, The Eden, and Orion.
What Your Day Might Look Like

Build prospect pipeline and conduct apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
Ensure a stellar move‑in experience for residents.
Conduct market research on comparable listings for marketing and advertising.
Plan and execute community events.
Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
Use social media and internet platforms to marketing available units.
Assist in lease renewals.
Respond to resident concerns.
What We Are Looking For

Previous sales and customer service experience preferred; a positive can‑do attitude required.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Yardi or OneSite desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to complete legal documents.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Essential Responsibilities

Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
Explain apartment features, answer resident questions, and complete leases.
Conduct building and unit inspections prior to move‑in.
Stay informed on market and competitor conditions; develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
Design and execute marketing activities, including referral and employer outreach programs.
Use on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage data.
Maintain show unit quality and coordinate maintenance needs.
Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
Support lease renewal program with letters and packages.
Respond promptly to resident and client/owner concerns.
Required Licenses or Certifications

All licenses and certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Physical Demands

Work requires standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and operating in all weather conditions. Ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. May require travel, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Compensation

Hourly range $20.00 – $25.00. Eligible for quarterly, monthly, or weekly bonus programs depending on corporate or onsite position.
