Marketing Coordinator

– Floor & Decor
Responsibilities

Maintain the Marketing Communications (MarComm) Calendar to keep the team aligned on upcoming campaigns, launches, and key dates.
Keep the Promotions & Events Tracker up to date by monitoring changes and ensuring visibility across cross‑functional teams.
Refresh brand‑related presentations to reflect current messaging and brand standards.
Support trademark and registration maintenance by coordinating with legal partners and external vendors.
Manage translation requests and partner with translation vendors to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery.
Own billing workflows by creating and submitting invoices for brand marketing activities.
Communicate project statuses, timelines, and next steps with creative, legal, merchant, and operations teams.
Own and maintain the Marketing SharePoint site to ensure content is current, well‑organized, and accessible.
Facilitate approval workflows for press releases by coordinating reviews and securing sign‑off from key stakeholders.
Manage purchase orders and invoice processing for the public relations agency.
Coordinate product logistics for partnership activations, including store pickups, deliveries, and vendor shipments.
Communicate ongoing project updates related to product delivery, installation scheduling, and completion.
Ensure installation compliance and serve as the communication bridge between key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle billing for partnership programs, including vendor set‑up, invoice creation, and submission.
Maintain and update relevant SharePoint pages related to partnerships and public relations.
Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role; relevant internship experience welcomed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront or Smartsheet) a plus.
Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet/content management platforms a plus.
Strong attention to detail, methodical, organized, and process‑oriented.
Clear and professional communicator capable of collaborating across teams, following up, flagging issues, and escalating appropriately.
Adaptable to change in a fast‑paced retail environment.
