Field Talent Manager — Pharma Sales & Coaching

Syneos Health seeks a Field Talent Manager to align with the National Project Director and field sales leadership to drive objectives and oversee employment, performance management, and recruiting. This role partners with NPD, DSMs, Sales Director and HR to coach, plan, and execute field initiatives.
The FTM will supervise interview and hiring processes, ensure policy compliance, and manage field-based launch planning and KPI reporting, with up to 30% overnight travel.
