Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of Creative Futures and other US-based programs, maintaining workplans and timelines
Serve as a point of contact for program partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and support
Organize and maintain program documentation, assist with logistics for events, and track program spending
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or related fields
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience supporting youth development, education, or creative industry programs
Comfortable using project management and virtual meeting platforms
Fluency in English is required
