Proposal Coordinator - RFP Timelines & Compliance Lead

North Wind is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN to manage the full lifecycle of federal and DoD proposals. You will coordinate schedules, analyze solicitations, and collaborate with BD, technical teams, and leadership to produce timely, compliant submissions.
You will support content management, track past performance, and assist in reviews and final production. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a related role are expected, with DoD experience preferred.
