We're looking for a dependable

Production Technician

to help manufacture high-quality coil coatings in a safe and efficient production environment for our Client Located on the

Northwest side of Houston

What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will:

Produce coating batches by following production formulas and work instructions.

Measure, weigh, and add raw materials accurately.

Operate mixers, pumps, and other production equipment safely.

Monitor the mixing, grinding, and development of batches.

Work with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet specifications.

Transfer finished products into drums, totes, or storage tanks for shipment.

Complete production records and batch documentation accurately.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Follow all company safety, environmental, and operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Experience in paint, coatings, chemical, or liquid manufacturing is a plus.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Ability to follow written instructions and production formulas accurately.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the work shift.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and around chemical odors.

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
