Production Graphic Designer translates design concepts into final production-ready assets to support global Brand, Marketing, and Sales initiatives. They are a multi-functional creative professional with design experience across packaging, print, and digital applications. Ensure designs align with established brand standards and visual identities.



This Production Designer will work on mostly packaging, then print and digital assets.


This is a hybriid role, 40 hours per week, working 2-3 days per week onsite in our client's Portland office.

Responsibilities:


Packaging


E-commerce support


Product Marking


Sales collateral and catalogs


Tradeshow graphics


Photo post-production work


Illustration/icons


Support Sales presentations


Brand and Marketing campaigns


Product launch deliverables


Publish and archive deliverables


Additional support for asset requests



Education:


High school diploma or GED is required.


Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is preferred (or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree).



Knowledge & Experience:


3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.



Strong hands-on experience using:


Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop



Proficiency in:


Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Data management software (SAP preferred)

  • Oversee a project from start to finish, completing tasks in a timely, professional, and quality manner.

  • Manage multiple projects at a time.

  • Strong attention to detail; able to multi-task and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

  • Possesses strong written and oral communication skills, able to express oneself clearly in technical and non-technical terms.

  • Projects will include tracking timelines, updating team members, proofing/executing artwork.

  • Solves problems analytically, seeking out relevant information and gauging its importance when making decisions.

  • Effective creative thinker and team player, able to collaborate with team members who are globally dispersed.

  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn; seeks out development activities to improve skills and increase knowledge; learns from other team members and one's own mistakes.

  • Stay up to date with design trends to elevate designs and on software to maximize efficiency.

  • A self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement while setting a good example of personal integrity.
