Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director

Somerby Mount Pleasant is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive top-line revenue for the community by exceeding occupancy, average daily census, and rate targets through strategic sales, marketing, and relationship building.
You will lead direct selling, develop annual marketing plans, manage the department budget, maintain a YARDI database, and conduct competitive analysis while collaborating with leaders to deliver excellent benefits and growth.
