As a Paid Search Supervisor, you will leverage your experience in SEM to lead the development and execution of paid social media strategies, driving client success and meeting industry standards. You'll work collaboratively with department leadership and junior team members to craft data-driven insights, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth, while providing guidance and coaching to help others succeed.

A Day in the Life:

Lead day-to-day search operations.

Develop and manage campaign strategies, optimizing settings and bidding structures.

Analyze reporting insights, present results and adjust strategies.

Collaborate with media and analytics teams on integrated reporting.

Oversee billing accuracy and financial reporting.

Support senior team members with ad-hoc data pulls.

Develop campaign activation, ad copy and keyword expertise.

Stay updated on industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team.

Train junior members on best practices.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Advanced Google and Bing certification.

4+ years of SEM experience in pharma/healthcare/wellness.

Effective communication skills, translating technical terms into client-friendly language.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.

Advanced knowledge of search campaign management tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360).

Understanding of search metrics and industry/vendor landscape.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

$85,000 - $115,000 annually.
