General Purpose
The Graphic Designer role is responsible for delivering high-quality, brand-consistent visual design across digital and print channels to support marketing, eCommerce, and business initiatives. This role focuses on translating creative direction into effective, scalable design solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement. Working closely with the Art Director and cross-functional partners, the Graphic Designer contributes to a wide range of creative outputs spanning email, website, print, presentations, and campaign assets while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail. This position requires a strong foundation in visual design principles and the ability to execute efficiently within established systems and processes. The role plays a key part in increasing the team's capacity to deliver polished creative at scale, supporting the organization's growing digital presence and evolving brand needs.
The base salary range for this role is $81,000 - $121,800. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
Essential Functions
Design visually compelling, on‑brand email campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and triggered programs, aligned to marketing goals and performance metrics
Develop responsive email layouts optimized for desktop and mobile, following established design systems and technical best practices
Translate creative briefs into thoughtful concepts and execute high‑quality, production‑ready deliverables with strong attention to detail
Partner with the Art Director, copywriters, and cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive and scalable creative solutions
Support A/B testing by designing variations that help drive engagement and inform optimization strategies
Execute website updates within CMS and templated environments, including homepage modules, banners, and landing pages, with attention to UX and content hierarchy
Prepare, optimize, and export digital assets for web deployment, ensuring alignment with platform specifications and performance requirements
Collaborate with developers and creative partners to ensure accurate implementation of design across digital platforms
Uphold and apply brand standards consistently across all digital touchpoints
Design a range of creative assets across digital, print, presentations, events, and internal communications
Create polished, executive‑ready presentations that communicate ideas through strong visual storytelling
Support event‑related creative production, including print‑ready signage, environmental graphics, and branded collateral
Develop logos, visual identity explorations, mockups, and concept presentations to communicate design direction
Prepare production‑ready files for print and packaging, including die‑lines and mechanicals; ensure technical accuracy, manage revisions, and coordinate with vendors
Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries to support efficient workflows and scalability
Qualifications And Special Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong digital and print work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
Experience creating and optimizing digital assets for web and email platforms
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to clearly articulate design decisions
Demonstrated ownership of projects with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and timelines
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work required
Physical Requirements/Ada
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in‑person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in‑office presence, including to engage in in‑person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in‑office and remote work.
