Dreamscape Hospitality's Milwaukee West Allis property seeks a Director of Sales to lead the sales and marketing strategy, drive occupancy, grow existing accounts, and secure new business.
The role oversees day-to-day sales operations, develops forecasts and annual budgets for the hotel, leads outside calls and client entertainment, negotiates contracts, and trains staff while traveling weekly to cultivate partnerships and maintain market presence.
