Job Description: Visual Designer - Web
We are seeking a

talented Visual Designer

to join our team and

elevate the digital experience of Insight Funders . The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in web and digital design , with expertise in

responsive, user-centric layouts, brand storytelling, and interactive elements . This role will focus on crafting

high-impact, visually compelling web pages and marketing assets

that align with our

brand vision and growth objectives .

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement visually engaging, responsive web pages that enhance the user experience and brand identity.

Develop interactive elements and light animations to create an engaging and dynamic digital experience.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional, high-performance websites.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align design solutions with strategic business objectives.

Maintain and expand the design system, contributing to a cohesive and scalable brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

6+ years of experience in web or digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, interactive designs.

Proven expertise in UI/UX principles, brand storytelling, and marketing-driven web design.

Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven products is a plus.

Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity design.

Experience with design systems and component-based web design.

Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support collaboration with developers.

Experience creating light animations and interactive elements (CSS animations, After Effects).

Bonus: Experience building websites in Webflow.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
