Job Description

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency locatedin Hunt Valley, MD is currently seeking an Agency Marketing and BusinessDevelopment Coordinator. This role supports internal agency marketing and newbusiness development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams togrow MGH’s brand presence and client roster. This is primarily an in-officeposition.

Responsibilities

Agency Marketing

Support marketing efforts designed to promote the agency,including content development, social media management, email marketing, andwebsite updates

Partner with various agency team members to develop thoughtleadership content, visual assets, case studies, and award submissions

Maintain a pulse on agency competitors and their marketingefforts, helping inform MGH’s positioning and messaging

Business Development

Research, identify, and help qualify new businessopportunities across various industries

Attend and represent MGH at conferences, trade shows, andnetworking events

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clientsthrough outreach, follow-up, and thoughtful communication

Collaborate with team members to develop pitch materials,craft proposals, and onboard new clients

Help manage and track business development efforts

Requirements

1 - 3+ years of experience within a marketing agency orin-house at a franchise, CPG, or multi-location brand

Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills

A confident, outgoing personality and a willingness toconnect with others both online and in person

Ability to work in-office

High levels of energy, curiosity, and a desire to quicklylearn new tools, platforms, and tactics

Adaptable and flexible mindset with the ability to jugglemultiple priorities

A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude

Position is eligible for remote, hybrid or in-office workoptions

3 p.m. Fridays year-round
