Core responsibilities
Development and leadership of campaign strategies for client SEM campaigns across platforms
In-platform management and launch of SEM ads across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc)
Strategic oversight and leadership of ongoing, proactive optimization opportunities for client campaigns
Development and proactive identification of analytics trends across SEM campaigns
Development and presentation of analytics insights for client reporting dashboards
Requirements
5-7 years of SEM campaign management experience, agency environment preferable
Ability to strategically lead and maintain SEM engagements and spend across 5-10 client accounts with precision and proactivity
Strong analytical mindset, with proven ability to detect and adapt to campaign trends and pivots
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Proven experience within Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, YouTube, Bing Ads
Proficiency in prompt development and AI platforms (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LM)
Experience in writing copy and developing photo/video assets for SEM campaigns
Previous media buying experience across digital programmatic or other media channels
