Responsibilities
Provide sales and marketing administration support, including PowerPoint presentations, collateral printing, contract turnovers, and site inspection forms.
Assist design and coordination of hotel signage, email blasts, and collateral to enhance brand awareness.
Update proprietary and third‑party websites, ensuring alignment with hotel positioning and storytelling.
Conduct grammatical reviews of collateral, signage, menus, and guest‑facing materials for accuracy and luxury standards.
Utilize Revinate, TripAdvisor, and similar tools to track reviews, organize responses, and post content.
Assist with video and photo shoots, preparing accurate written correspondence (letters, contracts, reports, and emails).
Field incoming inquiries, distribute requests to proper recipients, and correspond with clients via email and telephone.
Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts, including booking traces, creation, updates, and system upkeep.
Communicate internally with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments regarding guest preferences and stay requests.
Complete weekly and monthly reports, such as forecast, sales reports, room occupancy, and social media analytics, in a timely manner.
Manage projects related to sales and marketing initiatives, including holiday gifts, sales blitzes, and hotel partnerships.
Assist with front‑of‑house operations, greeting and directing guests as needed.
Prepare resumes for confirmed bookings and perform additional tasks assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of hotel operations; previous hotel experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in professional correspondence.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher) and Outlook; working knowledge of Opera strongly preferred.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and strategic thinking.
Typing speed of 50+ words per minute and comprehensive computer skills.
College education preferred; U.S. work authorization required.
