Role Description

As a(n) Upstream Marketing, Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Driving front-end innovation and pipeline creation:

Identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology scouting.

Establishing a best-in-class Voice of Customer (VoC) capability:

Design and execute structured VOC programs (e.g., site visits, KOL engagement, usability studies, and advisory boards).

Translating customer insights into differentiated product requirements:

Develop target product profiles, use cases, and clinical/economic value propositions grounded in validated customer needs; ensure strong linkage between VOC insights and design inputs throughout development.

Leading cross-functional alignment and governance:

Partner with R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, risk mitigation, and compliance within design control and stage-gate processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field and 5 or more years of relevant business experience, ideally including medical device, healthcare technologies, or adjacent regulated industries.

4+ years in marketing, product management, or strategy roles with increasing scope and responsibility.

Experience leading new product development initiatives in the medical device industry.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (additional qualification).

Experience in global product markets (i.e. launching or marketing products in multiple geographies / cross‐border regulatory / reimbursement considerations) (additional qualification).

Prior exposure to highly regulated global environments (e.g. FDA, CE, etc.) (additional qualification).

Proven track record of delivering product launches on time, on budget, with measurable business impact (additional qualification).

Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the medical device segment, from concept through commercialization, with measurable business impact (additional qualification).

Demonstrated success in developing and executing portfolio or business strategy, balancing resource constraints with growth opportunities (additional qualification).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies (additional qualification).

Cross-functional leadership and influence skills, with experience partnering across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver results (additional qualification).

Travel: May include up to 35% Domestic and international Travel
