Job Title: STEPS Marketing Account Planner and Marketing Cloud Assistant

Job Summary
The STEPS Marketing and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud Assistant supports the Marketing and Brand Strategy department by helping create strategic content, administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, track campaign performance, and support special projects. This role contributes to digital communications across email, social, text, print, and other channels while helping ensure that marketing efforts are accurate, timely, data-informed, and aligned with department goals.

Responsibilities and Skills

Marketing Cloud administration

Content creation across multiple channels

Project and team support

Critical thinking and problem‑solving

Technical literacy and ability to learn digital marketing systems

System administration skills or willingness to develop them quickly

Strong writing, editing, and multimedia content creation skills

Accuracy and strong attention to detail

Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and campus partners

Self‑starter with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

Work Shift
Monday‑Friday, rare evening or weekend work – able to discuss potential of evening/weekend work to be completed remotely. Expected # of Hours Per Week: 40.

Physical Requirements
Sitting at the computer, repetitive motion.
