What you’ll do
Turn biweekly Substack posts into 4–6 IG Reels, carousels, and TikToks per week
Build and maintain our content calendar
Track trending audio, formats, and hashtags in personal finance and lifestyle spaces
Scout creators and content worth watching or collaborating with
Track performance metrics and share a brief weekly recap of what’s working
What you won’t do
Write the Substack posts (founder handles deep content)
Manage comments or DMs (founder handles community directly)
Be on camera (unless you want to)
Work rigid hours (output > schedule)
Must-haves
Native IG and TikTok user who gets the mechanics, not just the scroll
Can edit short‑form video (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Can create clean graphics (Canva is fine)
Write well and can adapt to a brand voice
Organized enough to manage a posting schedule independently
Genuinely curious about personal finance, food/drink culture, or both
Nice-to-haves
Managed a brand account (even a club, org, or personal brand)
Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation (Claude preferred)
Basic understanding of personal finance concepts
Familiarity with Substack or newsletter content
Based in Austin, TX
