Position Overview for the Broadcast Media Production Recruiter:

Responsible for recruiting and hiring 9 broadcast & media production positions within a tight timeframe

Focus on sourcing candidates for roles such as Producers, Executive Producers, Associate Producers, and Bookers

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process for a new show/program launch

Help meet the company's goal to assemble a production team by the specified deadline to support a major media project

Requirements for the Broadcast Media Production Recruiter:

Must have proven experience recruiting for Broadcast / Media Production positions

Must have experience recruiting for Show Producers, Associate Producers, Executive Producers, and Bookers

Ability to recruit quickly and efficiently to fill all positions within 4-8 weeks

Strong understanding of broadcast industry talent pools and recruitment strategies

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
