Market: Luxury residential renovation
Overview
Chapter is a design-build firm specializing in high‑end residential renovations across New York, Miami, New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut. We manage architecture, design, construction, and project coordination under one integrated team — creating a more seamless renovation experience for homeowners.
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to help grow Chapter's presence across the Miami market by building a network of referral relationships — brokers, real estate agents, developers, property professionals, and other referral partners. This is an entry point role for someone ambitious and early in their career who wants to build a long‑term future in real estate, luxury services, or business development. You'll work directly with brokers, agents, developers, and property professionals to generate project opportunities and strengthen Chapter's reputation in the market.
What You'll Own
Building relationships with brokers, agents, developers, property managers, and referral partners throughout Miami
Conducting outreach through email, phone, networking, referrals, and in‑person meetings
Attending networking events, site visits, industry functions, and community gatherings on Chapter's behalf
Generating, qualifying, and tracking potential renovation opportunities sourced through the partner network
Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline organization
Coordinating with internal teams so opportunities are properly managed and followed through
Assisting with presentations, outreach materials, and partnership strategy
