Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports digital marketing initiatives and corporate partnership programs. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, partnership, and retail teams to ensure consistent digital brand execution, assist with content development, and coordinate projects that advance the organization’s strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the execution and maintenance of digital brand standards across authorized retail partner websites and digital platforms.
Review digital assets and websites to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track website performance, campaign implementation, and digital initiatives using reporting tools and spreadsheets.
Assist with documentation of digital standards, best practices, and implementation guidelines.
Provide ongoing support to retail partners and internal stakeholders regarding digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor emerging digital marketing, AI, website, and e-commerce trends to recommend process improvements.
Develop and maintain professional presentations, partnership materials, proposals, and briefing documents.
Coordinate partnership timelines, milestones, and project deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met.
Support the digital promotion of partnership activations across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Conduct research on prospective partnerships, industry trends, and content opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and contribute to successful project execution.
Identify process improvements and proactively recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a related marketing role, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
Experience with project management and marketing platforms such as Monday.com, Sprinklr, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Working knowledge of website best practices, including SEO, HTML fundamentals, analytics, tracking implementation, and digital compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently within a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
