Overview VB Information System Developer – Atlanta, GA

Candidate must be local to Atlanta/Metro Atlanta.
Responsibilities Working with COTS software that is SharePoint based requiring back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.
Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front-end application configurations.
Troubleshooting software issues.
Implementation of SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Develop proof of concept examples.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications 5+ years experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other .NET coding (C#, VB.NET) desired.
5+ years experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.
Must be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
Familiarity using Lanteria HR Software is desired.

This will be a hybrid work schedule of teleworking and in-office days.
